Our counselling team is multidisciplinary: social worker, criminologist, sexologist, addiction worker, etc. They accompanies women in a personalized way to support them towards better social inclusion.
For each team member who testified, working at L’Arrêt-Source means sharing common values. The explanations for their commitment are multiple, but the desire to support others, the feeling of being concerned as a woman and their life experience form the cornerstone of their involvement at L’Arrêt-Source.
What also emerges from discussions with our counselling team in the field, who support abused women on a daily basis, is that they see with their own eyes that the support offered has positive impacts in the lives of women, just like the adapted and personalized services which lead to better social inclusion.
